I did some digging around to unroot my s4 active and came across a simple process of using Supersu to do a full unroot which worked. Ran the update OTS update and it still failed. Made sure all the files in the system/apps locations were back to the original state prior to removal of root. Then i came across another positing that suggests using odin and installing the stock firmware from SamMobile | Everything for your Samsung Mobile. The issue with that is when i search for my phone i dont see any results for ATT and USA. Has anyone ever used that site or can point me in the right direction to the stock firmware.
