I'm new to android and I like my new samsung galaxy s4, but it has an issue I can't find a solution to.
If you guys can help I'll name my first-born child after you.
At times the volume of media only mutes and there seems to be no way to cancel the mute. It never happens while listening to music but when it has sat for a while.
I've tried the right button and the 3 buttons at the bottom do nothing. Also the volume controls pull up the controls to change individual sections (media, ringtone etc) but the top one for media is blanked out and unresponsive.
The only solution I have found is to restart the phone or starting a app with sound also seems to reset the controls.
Us the phone faulty or am I missing something?
