Launcher to Start

I had the SPB Launcher but when I removed my paid Gmail address, hit the button in the middle, it disappeared.
I finally put my paid Gmail account back on the phone when I called the store and they said they were not able to put two addresses together.
The first rep said it was because of the developers. He transferred me to the survey.
I called back and the rep said the store was not built that way and hung up on me.
I have Yandex, CM, two versions of Touch Wiz.
I would like to have a launcher that I can group programs together, similar to Windows HTC if you have seen it.
I do not mind having maybe two or three windows if needed.
I would like to be able to swipe over and see all the apps in alphabetical order.
Now if you remember, I do not have service on this phone, but I have Google Voice and would like to see about using that maybe as SMS / calls over VOIP (but another question later).
So in short, what app could possibly do this?
I have a ton of questions, I can separate them or put them together and maybe see what apps you experts can recommend.
