Best place to buy the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini?

I'm looking to get a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, I'm with Verizon, 2-year contract is fine.

Amazon says it's available for $0.01..? But out of stock.

Direct from Verizon Wireless it's $99...

I guess wirefly looks good for $0.99

Where do people buy phones these days?

Our carrier, Sprint, had them for free after $49.99 Mail-in rebate. I'm one who absolutely hates MIRs, so my wife picked our full S4s at Best Buy, where we paid $0 for two phones, plus got 2 $50 gift cards as part of the deal I sign up for every February, so that's how we did ours. Takes some pretty savvy shopping, sometimes.
