Which Calendar should I use?

A thought has just occurred to me, do I need Google calendar on my phone if I already have SPlanner pre installed?

Does SPlanner sync with Google Calendar?

This may be very obvious but for years I've used my BlackBerry Calendar linked to my Google Calendar so it's all been pretty basic for me.

I have disabled the two with the * plus these ...
Google PLay Books
Google PLay Games
Google PLay Magazines
Google PLay Movies
Google PLay Music

No ill effects to report. So i would say yes, Uninstall/Disable/TurnOff/Remove [whatever terminology your phone uses] that sucker.

You should always check, if they stay disabled. I remember I disabled the update of GTalk to Hangouts and guess what, one month after Hangouts were online, although I don`t think I accepted the update being in a hurry and couldn`t figure out what I was doing
