only the flashing samsung logo is appearing

hi everyone i rooted my s4 mini last night and it was really cool until my phone got stuck while i was downlading a theme off rom tool so i turned it off and it starts up but just stays at the flashing samsung logo. Please help

Download kies
Select the update firmware option
Shut down your phone
Connect it to the computer via a usb cable
Start your phone while pressing volume download menu key and power button At the same time
Follow the kies instructions

Your phone should be okay now
