Can't update to KitKat on Sph-l520

Hi there, we'll today I downloaded the firmware update or the KitKat update when it was time for my phone to reboot to update it rebooted and proceeded with the download until it reached 27% it said "error" so then my phone boots back on after a few seconds I get a message saying "firmware update failed please tried kies or contact Samsung support" the message was some what like that but can anyone tell me a solution please, thanks
