I can not receive calls whilst using internet on Samsung galaxy s4

Hi, really frustrating issue with this phone. I can not receive incoming calls whilst I am using my mobile internet. If the network connection is showing 'H', I can receive incoming calls, but if the network connection is showing 'G' or 'E' network I cannot receive incoming calls at all. I have to keep turning off my mobile data to make sure I don't miss important calls. I've never had this issue with any other phone. Does anyone know what is causing this or how to solve it? The gurus at O2 are miffed also!!

Hmmm, interesting, and I hope not an issue for all S4 mini phones.

I just ordered one up 3 days ago for the wife...

Could not pass up on the $0.99 fee Verizon offered me. Her old phone is an LG slide out keyboard 1x phone, and she wanted to be able to receive pictures from the kids.... sigh! not sure just how much she will really use a smart phone, so I cheaped it out for the first trial period.

Mine's an S5, but Android is Android and I already know the Samsung line up.
