    Default my galaxy s4 wont turn on at all!!

    Hi every one .. im new here
    please excuse me for my bad english

    My galaxy s4 wont work at all and also i tried to change the battery

    First it turns off every 15 minutes know it wont work ... sometimes only the first screen shows and then turns off !!

    I bought galaxy s5 i need my contact information and my data

    Welcome to Android Central! So you tried a brand new battery? If the battery you changed to is also very old, it might be failing as well.

    Try removing the SD card, if present--a corrupt card can cause various problems.
