Missing Mobile Data icon

My S4 mini SGH-i257M Rogers Canada is no longer set up to have the Mobile data ON/OFF icon available on the notification screen. When i select to edit the Quick Setting Buttons it is not in the set of choices. This may have disappeared during the upgrade to 4.4.3. Anyone know about this?

I would like to get this back to the way it was.

I don't have a direct answer for you, but in case you're unable to get it back, consider using Power Toggles instead. You can create a customized toggle bar in your Notification Panel, which includes a mobile data toggle.
