Phone suddently ODIN MODE, how to save my data??

Hi guys,
I hope someone can save me solve the following issue

My phone Samsung S4 mini suddently appeared as being in ODIN mode,

How do I fix the issue without affecting my data/contacts/pictures..

A solution would be highly appreciated !!

This should never just suddenly happen all by itself, of course. Were you pressing all 3 hardware buttons (volume down, home, and power)? That's how I put my S4mini into what my custom recovery calls "Download Mode" (AKA: Odin Mode). Could your carrier possibly have put you into that mode in order to update something? Is there no menu available (capacitive button to left of home button), with the choice of rebooting back into the regular operating system?
