Try getting an antivirus or shut your phone off, then press both volume button and power button to open start menu. Then use volume buttons to navigate to factory mode. Now press the power button to start your phone in factory mode.

You can reinstall OS via Samsung Smart Switch (Emergency Software recovery and initialization )
1. Download Samsung Smart Swith. (39.2 MB)
2. Connect your phone in ordinary mode. Smart Switch will detect your Device automatically.
3. Click More (right upper side of Smart Switch) and Click Emergency Software recovery and initialization.
4. Follow instruction. your device OS will reinstall.
