SD card problem taken from S3 Mini to S5 Mini, can I get some help?

sd card problem taken from s3 mini to s5 mini.

I have taken my 32 gb sd card with music on from my s3 mini to my s5 mini.No music comes up on my application.I went to sd card application and it showed 19 gb used and 7.8 gb available.I have taken the sd card back out and put back into my s3 mini and music comes up on my application no problem.I the took it back out of s3 mini and back into the s5 mini but still have the same problem.Could you give me some advice please.

May be your card is corrupt, backup your data and format your SD card and then place it and try again.
