I want to install v5.0 lollipop on my s4mini v4.2.2 and I have some question about it.
1. Its good or bad if I do it?
2. What I lost if I do it ?

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the S4 Mini forum. I don't believe there was ever an official Lollipop update for this phone, so you'd have to root the phone and look for a custom Lollipop ROM developed for this specific phone. The forums at XDA-developers.com can be a good resource for this.
