Best ROMs without the AT&T bloatware but with S4 features like AirView?

Essentially, I am looking for a ROM that is optimized for speed and functionality, sacrificing bloatware. I also don't like TouchWiz because it's too cartoony and not as fast as pure Android, but if I can only get AirView from TouchWiz then is there a clean version of TouchWiz without AT&T/Samsung bloatware?

I might even sacrifice AirView for an optimized ROM like pure Android. What other top ROMs are there that are optimized for speed and functionality?

Well, I believe the new Galaxy S4 Google Edition is not EXACTLY pure Android, because it seems to feature the AirView stuff... so you might wanna check that once the handset is released. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days to get the image out to the world.

I'm 99% sure it doesn't feature AirView , just googled. It was out 2 days ago, I believe.

It says you have to Loki patch it, but it will work on AT&T
