I rooted my s4 and this happened...

I rooted my s4 for at&t using motochopper. It worked... sorta.. I have super user and it says update the binary... I cant. I read somewhere I need cwm. So I got rom manager amd was gonna get it and it says I need root permissions. So I tried to use motochopper again and I read it to see the log and under rooting device it said failed... im a little confused on what to do... should I factory reset and try again?

Figured out my problem after a few hours... for those who want to root read and sure you're eligible (im not).

Go to settings>more> about phone. Check and see what it says under baseband and build. The last 3 characters should be one of three sets: MDC. MDL. or MF3. If you have MDL or MDC your device can be rooted but MF3 devices are stuck at the moment. Odin will fail if you try to flash on MF3 and so will root. Also, you cannot downgrade. We must wait it out.

Go over to xda they have found a way to root mf3. Best wishes
