You can't use a GSM (AT&T, TMOBILE, STRAIGHT TALK) on Verizon or Sprint (both CDMA networks, & different LTE bands). Two completely different radios.

Flashing is a term used for carriers that use CDMA. So in actuality, you don't really "flash" a GSM phone (ones that work on networks like AT&T and T-mobile). You can unlock a phone to unlock its GSM capabilities, but then, as someone else has mentioned, the frequencies that the phones work on are different, so you can't use an AT&T GS4 on Verizon.
