first of all, let me just say i know i'm stupid, and i regret the moment i decided to flash a ROM, i'm also sorry for any English mistakes i might make.

i've decided to turn my galaxy into GPE like in the guide How to Turn a Galaxy S4 Into a Google Edition Phone | TechnoBuffalo

the phone was rooted.
the TWRP worked fine.
i even did a backup.
and it was time for wipe.
i wiped system cache and dalvik as said. it was successful.
then i thought i might have forgot to wipe something, so i wiped those again. it failed. i assumed it was because i did the wipe before.

i went on to install, and before i could open the folder it crashed.

and now it wont boot.
it goes to the "galaxy s4" and stays.
i can't enter recovery mode.

please, please tell me i didn't ruin the phone.
i don't know if this is the right forum, but please, if someone can help?

If you haven't already done so, try removing battery and attempt to enter recovery mode.

You didn't ruin your phone. When I swap roms I wipe everything about 4x and format the internal sd card. That won't ruin your phone but will erase whatever rom you may have stored on your internal memory. Make sure you have your rom on the Extsdcard.
Go to the XDA site and follow the instructions to a T for your device and model and firmware to load the Rom or back to stock.
