I deleted my os, I'm retard.Where I can download a stock rom,i couldn't find one.My phone is a s4 i9505xxuame2.

You can try Sammobile or Samsung updates .com.
You need to try to get into Download mode by powering off and pressing volume down, home and power at the same time.
You will need Odin to flash the ROM.

If you can't get into download mode, there may not be much that can be done.

Thank you very much!I flashed a stock rom for i9505 but the baseband is for Brazil,South America.If I try to use my sim card for calling or message, it will be a problem, or I have to find a rom with my baseband?

If you use TWRP recovery then you can just get a USB OTG cable with a usb stick with your rom zip files on it and pass them to device or sd card and flash. If youre on a recovery that doesnt support USB OTG then good luck.
