Help no wifi or sound after 3IE-I9505XXUBMEA

I flashed the following to my S4 3IE-I9505XXUBMEA. Now i have no sound at all or wifi.

Model: GT-I9505
Model name: GALAXY S4 LTE
Country: Ireland (Three)

Is this baseband related? how do i find out the correct baseband number or does this never change no matter what rom i load?

How do i then find the correct rom ver to flash?
