    Default Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 died after 3 days

    I just got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 and it Won't power on Unless Plugged In - Also it is Stuck At Battery Screen Vibrates Turns Off and never boots up at all?

    Does anyone know what to do? I have watched videos on youtube and most of them just send the phone back and get a refurbished one! I want to revive this new one! Any suggestions? u

    Have you tried a battery pull?

    Have you tried to boot into recovery mode?

    Yes i have tried to boot it that way. I have been told that I need to find this "kitkat galaxy s4 4.3 1545VRUEMK2" in a download some where. I have Odin and I want to reload it on the the phone.

    This is exactly what my phone is doing.

    Return it and get a new one.
    Don't file a claim you are within the 14 days. It's defective, get a new one.
