[HELP] Phone has multiple issues

Good afternoon.

I have a SGH-l337m (Canada, Rogers) that i rooted and flashed CM11. It was way too buggy, camera wouldnt work, so i decided to flash back stock TouchWiz. I followed the instructions properly, watched youtube videos etc. etc. and it was all a success.

But now....

-my phone freezes every few seconds
-camera wont record video's (including snapchat
-unable to watch videos (youtube, snapchat, instagram)
-front facing camera wont work
-wifi wont turn on (toggle wont enable)
-unable to answer phone calls (able to dial but the screen goes black when after i hit send)
-when searching for firmware upgrade it wont recognize the new kitkat update

any help be appreciated

Have you tried a factory reset?

of course. two factory resets, including one from recovery mode.

Try re-flashing the stock rom again using Odin and after the flashing is completed and the Samsung logo shows up pull out the battery. Re insert the battery and power on the phone this worked for my Samsung s4. Though it went having the same problems again after another reboot. I also couldn't turn my Wi-Fi on
