Samsung SCH - I959 GALAXY S4 CDMA can not access the network

Hello ,
I bought a Galaxy S4 SCH - I959 , and came back to my home in Brazil , however it does not work galaxy data network , can not access the network , always appears restricted network , and already checked the EMEI it is not locked . what should I do ?

your phone is a Samsung SCH - I959 GALAXY S4 CDMA , 16GB internal storage , 2 GB RAM , Quad -core 1.6 GHz Cortex - A15 & quad -core 1.2 GHz Cortex - A7 , chipset Exynos 5 Octa 5410 , Android version latest firmware update 4.4.2 CHINA .

Welcome to Android Central! Have you compared the network bands that the phone uses with the ones that your wireless carrier uses? If there's no overlap, then the phone won't be able to connect to the network.

Also, the Chinese ROM might be part of the problem.

The ROM is my main problem , the Chinese Rom prevents the connection settings of the phone, if I could get a rom compatible with the SCH - i959 , already help me a lot.
