I've been looking to unroot my device and follow tutorials online that required ODIN or Kies and found it to be ineffective as both keep failing to flash the new firmware. I tried to troubleshoot these problems online and they seem to not work. I soon gave up and tried to reboot my phone back to normal since ODIN was failing and I was prompted to a screen(see image). Is there anyone that can help?

Re: I need help flashing my T-Mobile Galaxy S4 firmware

Update:
I'm unsure of which firmware to use and I tried most of the T-mobile carriers firmware to flash at this point.
