Trying to fix Bootloop US Celluar galaxy s4 SCH-r970

[AC Question]

So i recently rooted, and made a cwm backup. Tried some things and didnt like my setup, did not flash custom rom. And recovered my backup, and it was corrupt. i had wiped data, so i finally found a stock us celluar rom for my phone and flashed it with odin. then was still in bootloop, rebooted to recovery and it says at the top in red

"Android system recovery <3e>
LRX22C.R970TYUGPD5

Then menu with
reboot, apply update from ADB, update from ext. storage, from cache, wipe, goto bootloader, power off, recovery logs, enable or disable cp logging

then at bottom in yellow
manual mode
applying multi-csc
applied the csc-code : USC (us celluar)
Sucessfukky applied multi-csc.

Please help me!!!
