    Default SGS4 Benchmark score

Just seen someone on YouTube do a Benchmark test on the SGS4, Would you believe 26,000 on the first try on a phone without final software on it. CRAZY.

If the US runs a 1.9 and the Octa runs a 1.6, why in the first video is the Octa so much HIGHER than his device on the first screen where it shows the bars and which is best? Shouldn't his 1.9 device be higher than the Octa?

    Bump for answer or help.

If you look at the first shot of bars and he points to where it says "My Device" then it shows Samsung Galaxy s4 which he believes is the Octa. Well seeing as the US is clocked higher at 1.9, why is the Octa so far up?

Preproduction model, but only a guess. The htc one at 1.7ghz (same qualcomm processor) scores around 25k on antutu, that's pretty close to the exynos5 score. The U.S. production sgs4 will likely fall in the same range, give or take.

I'd have to say you answered your own question... "which he believes"... that and I'd agree with the above post that these are preproduction models and WHO KNOWS where they got the numbers to put into the test.

True, guess just have to wait for these to come out to really test them on that.

Either way, it will not make a difference to me... still much better than my existing phone and I will be buying one... and it's a better processor than any currently available in the US market, including the HTC One.

Yeah everyone is telling me not to get a SG4 but right now I have a Nexus S 4G lol. ANYTHING is better than what I have now and I need a MAJOR upgrade. I need a phone with great power, signal strength, and a lasting battery. My upgrade isn't until July 1 so I can see what Moto is bringing. But I pretty much might upgrade to the S4.

I can understand if I had a S3 like others do and that is why they aren't upgrading, but for me It will be a very nice updated change.

Benchmarks mean squat. How much do you want to bet that my Nexus 4 has less micro stutters in the ui than the S4.
