IR Blaster: How to add missing devices.

I just got my S4 and I love it. Especially the WatchOn feature.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find my particular cable box. Its made by Huawei and it doesn't seem to be in the list of devices provided.

Anyone know a solution for this?
