I was just listening to my music and the left earphone starts screeching its a really annoying sound I was wondering if there is a warranty from either t-mobile or samsung to cover my earphones that ive only been using for 2 weeks
Not trying to start a war but I know with Apple I can walk in their store with the EarPods and exchange it.
There's no Samsung Store and it a PITA dealing with (Rogers) my carrier. They wanted to ship it out, wait a few weeks and see if it's approved. Thank God I only had to deal with them once.

Open a account with Samsung online to register the phone. Then go to support and raise ticket with the customer service about your problem. It's much more quicker to deal with Samsung then carriers. When my Note 2 headphone socket got damage after 2 months I got it sorted with Samsung free of charge in less then 5 days.
