What Would Note 2 Users Be Giving Up?

Battery life lasted for days on note 2. Thats all I can really think of. I think its just a personal preference

I missed the Stylus for two reasons. Using it while docked in my car and pop up note during a phone call.

As mention Screen Size & Battery Life. I love the Note 2 so much I sold my 32GB iPad mini and bought another one.

IMO it's THE best Super Phone but only gave it up because I have a problem and I know I will sell the S4 when Note 3 comes out.

Yeah, after reading more in the forums, it looks like that's about it.

S-Pen and battery life for me. I just bough an external battery pack just in case, but I usually don't have any issues at the end of the day with my S4.
