I have had my S4 for over a month now, everything was going fine until I decided to change the screen lock from a pattern to a PIN.
It is now not accepting my PIN telling me it's incorrect.
I REALLY WANT TO AVOID A HARD RESET as I just got back from the US and there are photos I want to keep. Kies is no help as it will not allow access to the phone because of the screen lock.
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.
