Help with activation

I just got my new Samsung Galaxy s4. It turns on and everything, I can access settings and whatnot, but when the phone powers up I get the message "(SIM not provisioned MM#2)". There doesn't appear to be any instructions on connecting it to the network within the phone or in the box-provided manuals. I have no idea how to connect this phone to my account/network and I can't locate any how-to videos on the internet. Help?
