Hi everyone. I'm looking for help and advice.
I tried installing three apps on my Samsung Galaxy S4, but it always says Could Not Install to USB or Device.. The apps I am installing are small and not complicated:
- Beijing City Guide
- Hong Kong City Guide
- WhatsApp
What I did to try and mitigate?
- Restarted my S4 (no go)
- Reseated battery I. E. Took out for 5 minutes then put it back (no go)
- My software is up to date
- I cleared device cache and killed all active apps (no go)
