Spigen Slim Armor View Question

I will be buying the Samsung Galaxy S4 soon and really like the Spigen Slim Armor View case. I watched a review on Youtube that really impressed me except for one issue that will have me not buying it if it is a true for all of these covers. I am hoping his was defective. The problem is that when the cover is folded to the back side it slightly interferes with the camera such that the top part of image is obstructed. It seems like the view window in the cover is slightly too small. The person doing the review said that the cover must be pushed up a bit to unblock the camera. To me this is a fatal flaw but I wonder if others with this case have experienced the same thing?

Yeah, unfortunately this is true. I assure you it is its only flaw though.

Anyone bought the case that can give us their impression? Is the front cover easily breakable? Does the translucent plastic of the front cover affect the quality of the photos,even if we press it harder when photographing?
