That's really close to 45 hours of idle time if you don't use it, which isn't that far from normal. You're losing about 2.2% per hour in idle. It does look like it's awake a little more than necessary, and that your cell signal is sort of weak, which may have it searching for a stronger signal more often than is otherwise necessary.

Try restarting your device after a 100% charge. I've seen something like this where some devices were still running everything even when the device was idle, and it worked for them. Worth a shot I'd say.

20 hours and still have 45% is a good result for a smartphone. Don't be confused by the high percentage of idle drain. Just means nothing else was running. Doesn't mean it was demanding excessive power. Something will always be showing as a percentage of drain when the phone is on.
