Gremlins !!

I have Smart Stay de-selected. About once a week, I find that stupid eye looking at me from the notification bar. I have to go into settings and de-select it again. Anyone have an idea why it happens?

If you go under settings, my device, smart screen... Are all four turned off? There's Stay, Rotation, Pause and Scroll.
