Group Chats with iPhone not receiving my messages

i know this has been a topic beaten to the ground but I feel as though my situation is a little different. You see I have group chats with iPhone users and I have no issues receiving their texts. I use the stock messenger for the record. The problem is that their chats will break from time to time. Randomly one of the users will stop getting texts from the group and at a point later on an influx of all their messages will come in. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I can do on my end to resolve this issue?
