Recent AT&T GS4 Upgrade and Bluetooth

Did the recent AT&T GS4 UCUAMF3 update make any changes to Bluetooth?
My GS4 no longer properly pairs with my car. I unpaired and repaired but it's just not working properly. It worked out of the box until the update.
It seems like it's one step forward and two steps back with these upgrades.

I believe 4.2.2 update caused the laptop to quit tethering to the Gs4. I'd like to roll the Gs4 back to 4.2 to verify. The units are paring but the laptop will not enable the Bluetooth network. The tethering functioned correctly with A 4.2 USB tethers with 4.2 and 4.2.2
