multiple gmail accounts, one notification

hi,
just got the s4, came from d2 , what an upgrade.
question is, i have multiple gmail accounts, one is set to pull in the email from the other, is there a way to set the phone to only show and give one notification of new email? i tried unsyncing the 2nd account, then the email doesnt show at all when sending to that account.

How'd u get it?

I have a 2nd account that I send from, but also forwards to my main account. Getting inbox notifications for both is redundant.

I used a pc/laptop to login to my Gmail, then from settings, change the way the account forwards email. Suppose it can be done logging infrom the android or your favourite browser as well.
