Can't Download E-mail Attachment

Hi,

I'm using the default e-mail service installed on my android used for general e-mail services, in this case, Windows Live.
When I go to save or preview an attachment, a word document, the following message appears, "You must first download the message to download the attachment".

It didn't appear previously with an image attachment.

I've seen other sites saying tick an option to automatically download messages but I can't find that option.

I'm having the same problem as well. Has anyone fund a solution?
