Blurry Pix?

I find that most often my pictures come out blurry. I have to be VERY still to make sure the pictures are of any decent quality. Anyone else finding this? Is it just "user error" or am I missing something?

Make sure the box turns green when taking picture. Auto focus is fast but sensitive. Slight movement will off focus and have to do it again.

Also make sure the plastic sticker isn't on the camera lens.
