S4 Camera features are missing

Hi folks,

For some reason, I can't see camera features like: Dual-Shot and I have a new Galaxy S4 device.

Little details:
Model #: GT-I9500
Android Version: 4.2.9

Any idea why and how I can resolve it?

You should have about 3 or 5 options top left of your screen in the camera app

I don't have them, only: Flash, switch camera and camera settings.

On mine (Verizon) there is a column of icons on the top right of the camera window. The top icon switches from rear to front camera. The next one down is for taking a front and rear shot at the same time. The ones below that control camera functions and settings. Hit the one that's a gear with dropdown symbol under it and you get the detailed settings menu.

Wait a sec... Are you sure it says 4.2.9? If your software version is MTK6589, you've got a fake S4. If you've just bought it, send it back wherever it came from and request a refund!

I dont have a carrier on mine.
And exactly! I don't know how to fix it though!
