I don't see where the phone is 2100 frequency in it's specs. Looks like it supports only 2g/3g and no 4g.
Try going into your Settings>Connections>More Networks>Mobile Networks>Network Mode

under network mode it only has gsm/wcdma auto, wcdma only, gsm only. i have tried messing with it but when manually search for networks only finds home 2g network. we have 3g and 4g as well where i am at. From what i read it has to have 850 and 1900 frequencies both on wcdma to get 3g. I dont know if that is correct.

There's 2 different descriptions on that page from what I can tell. The description near the beginning of the page doesn't mention 2100, but the lower one way down does. 2100 would be 4G I believe, but the phone only mentions receiving 2G/3G.

yes i did set up apn settings in 50 different ways. where i am at we have 1900mhz and i think this phone does not have. I do believe that some places uses 850mhz for 3g so i should get 3g there. Guess i am out of luck where i live. as its only 1900mhz which phone does not list having for hspda

At&t Sim uses 1900 if you switch to the T-Mobile Sim I believe it uses the 2100 for 4g
