Editing email signature on AT&T Galaxy S4

Ok, now I am on a mission!

I spent a couple of hours with Samsung Support (wonderful support BTW) to no avail. They threw their hands up and suggested AT&T support (also wonderful support BTW) also to no avail.

I am trying to change the stock email which now reads: Sent via the Samsung GALAXY S?4, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

I want to change it to read something like:

I got rid of my iPhone and got a real phone - sent from my Galaxy S4

or something.

I can edit the Signature but when I press Done it does not hold the change and goes back to the default.

Anyone have a clue/tip on how to get around this stock Signature.

Solved the problem - had to do a Reset - was definitely a hassle!

Would like to accomplish this also but unclear what you mean. What did you reset? I can find no setting for this option, and have deleted the signature many times.

Got it. It wasn't exactly like the video but he used key words to cause me to click on account settings THEN on the account. I had been neglecting the latter step evidently, not realizing there was a menu under it. There were the options I haven't been able to find - including signature. Thank you sad cricket.

My Samsung s3 mini has defaulted back to the old signature on my email and if I try change it, it doesnt update and goes back to default, help
