Data Usage Cycle

How can you get both date ranges (Mobie, Wi-Fi) to be the same? The Mobile tab has an option to change cycle, but the wi-fi does not. I realize that wi-fi is not billed, but I want them to be the same so I can monitor for any oddities in total usage in billing.

The Mobile range is monthly, always beginning on the same date, but the Wi-Fi is a consistent 4 week cycle.

Not sure about the S4, but I use My Data Manager which monitors both on the same cycle:
