memory card issues!!!!

I brought a Samsung memory card for my Samsung galaxy S4, transferred all my photos over to the memory card but when I put the memory card back in my phone I cant see any of my photos just showing a lot of weird symbols??? I've formatted it several times but every time I put it back in my computer its showing a box stating to fix the SD card. why does it keep doing this?? all I want to do is put photos on the memory card.

This is a common problem with the S4 and memory cards. Unfortunately, there's no solid fix, just a lot of hit and miss. Have you tried formatting the card in the phone and copying the pictures to the card while in the phone? I only ask because it sounds like you're removing the card and trying to place the photos on it.
