Samsung Galaxy S4 - Auto Mobile Switch Off when using Internet

In my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 I have power off and battery problem. When I used Internet via mobile data or wifi after few minutes automatically shown blocking mode icon on the top of the screen where the battery and time are display. After few minutes automatically power will going to be off. If i make power ON then also system will not starts. In charging mode my mobile will be starts again then the battery is showing low and continuing to charge. Anyboday have this type of soloution...
