Contacts not showing up in Messaging

Help...I just got my Galaxy S4 yesterday and today when I go to Messaging and I go to start a new message I can not pull up a contact by name. It only pulls up any email address attached to that name. But I can pull up a contact based on a contacts actual phone number. I dont like this nor do I know ever contact in my phones actual #. PLEASE HELP

I'm having that same issue but it only started happening to me after I upgraded to 4.3, it appears to be a bug. What version of Android do you have?

Same problem with same update. how do we notify them to fix the bug? any resolutions yet?

Go to settings, more, app mngr, all, Contacts, clear data. Solved my exact same issue. Found my answer here. Thank you so much!
