Why is it charging so slow?

Charging through the wash, using the charger and cable that came with and in 2 hours all it's managed is 10%

GSAM reckons it will take 5 hours

In fact my battery is actually depleting

I've rebooted and moved plugs and now it's going at correct pace. GSAM says 2 hours to finish now. Don't know if it wasn't fully connected at the phone or the charger. Now says 1200mA rather than the 300 another app was telling me
