Trying to help a friend out with a Galaxy S4. I've looked and can't seem to find an answer that doesn't rely on third party software. Here's the problem:
In a group conversation (other phones involved are 2 iphones and a blackberry), the messages come to the S4 as individual messages. She has to select download on the individual messages and then they will appear in the group chat. She has confirmed that group messaging in enabled and that the phone is up to date. Sorry I don't know carrier info at the time but perhaps this is an issue that someone is aware of and can help us fix.
