stock alarm

Anyone having trouble with the stock alarm? I have it set to go off at same time M-F and just recently I have have to set it every night. The icon disappears also. Sick of being late....any other good alarm apps out there?

I've used gentle alarm exclusively on all of my phones. It has never failed me.

I had the same problem and actually the front page of Android Central helped me out a few weeks ago. I switched to 'Timely', and I love it. Adds some nice features where I can't just dismiss the alarm without actually being awake where you need to solve something to actually unlock/dismiss it.

I have noticed one thing on the stock alarm. You have to hit "save" to save the alarm. Hitting back does not save (which is odd because hitting back does save in other Android apps).

It's an error trap, so I always double check by watching for "alarm is set for XX hrs and YY minutes from now"

Maybe that's what happened to you guys? Didn't save your alarm?

I've been using the alarm for 2+ years and it always alarms at the designated time.
